Mon, 5/23: ?Communications 101? Seminar in Tacoma |

Shunpike announces the next installment of its Seminar series: ?Communications 101 for Arts Groups? will be held on Monday, May 23rd at 6pm at downtown Tacoma?s Suite 133.

This workshop, led by communications professionals Terri Hiroshima and Jenny Haight, will provide arts groups with the fundamentals they need to reach target audiences, and allow each group to receive feedback on their current communications pieces.

This session will provide arts groups with the basics on communications tools and tactics, including press releases, websites/e-marketing, print materials/advertising, and social media. Attendees are asked to let the presenters know what communications area they?re most interested to learn about, and that area will receive the greatest focus during the session. The presenters will also review attendees? marketing materials and provide individual feedback.
