Network Support Technician Enterprise, CCNA, Cisco, Configure ...

We are looking for an energetic, results-oriented and technically savvy individual who is excited to contribute immediately to our team in a strategic relationship and solution delivery capacity. The Network Technician is responsible for configuring equipment for offsite mobile offices, disaster recovery test sites and disaster areas in support of Agility's clients and partners. This position will offer individuals a very hands-on approach to voice and data network implementation, utilizing satellite and wireless technologies.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years network/systems support with hands-on experience.

CCNA or equivalent experience.

Ability to configure and manage multi-location implementation of voice and data networks.

Experience implementing networks through a variety of WAN technologies.

Hands-on experience with network hardware in addition to Cisco products.

Voice network integration experience.

Familiarity with physical-layer hardware interfaces, higher-level OS architecture, communications technology.

Experience in building technical relationships with external and internal clients and partners.

Must be able to handle multiple tasks, work well under pressure, be attentive to detail and possess excellent problem solving skills. Job task planning and organizing,

This position requires occasional travel to client sites within North America.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain, troubleshoot and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), Provide on-site network support to end-users during tests and disaster recovery.

Assist with the set up mobile units and workspace in preparation for customer tests.

Interface with vendors regarding hardware and software issues and new technology implementation.

Provide technical support to internal clients including; consulting group and sales.

Maintain IT equipment and related peripherals at customer's site, escalate technical hardware issues as needed, and support clients throughout North America when a disaster is declared.

Review and test new technologies for potential integration into Agility's service portfolio.

Communicate effectively with all levels of expertise within our client base via telephone and email. Assess requirements and recommend data and voice network solutions.
