As part of the new organization of the GDF SUEZ Human Resources Department, Christelle Martin is appointed Group Human Resources Director effective July 1, 2011. on that date, she joins the Executive Committee of GDF SUEZ.
One of Christelle?s responsibilities will be the merging the former Human Resources and Senior Executive Management Departments. Christelle Martin will have two deputies: Muriel Morin and Michel Le Boedec.
From July 1st, Emmanuel van Innis, former Senior Managers Director and Philippe Saimpert, former Human Resources Director are appointed Project Leaders working directly for the Chairman and CEO.
Within the Group, Emmanuel van Innis will be charge of improving and promoting the management way and GDF SUEZ? corporate values. Philippe Saimpert will be in charge of the external relations with the representative bodies of the ?Branche des Industries Electriques et Gazi?res? (professional electric and gas industry branch).
Since September 2009, Christelle Martin has been Executive Vice President, Finance, Human Resources, Legal & Communication, and a member of the Executive Committee of the GDF SUEZ Energy Europe Business Line. she started her carrier as external auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. since 1988 she held various positions in the areas of management control and accounting within Lyonnaise des Eaux and then Suez. In 2002, she was appointed Director, Central plan, Control and Accounts at Suez, then GDF SUEZ. a graduate of Universit? Paris Dauphine (MSc in Accounting and Finance -1983), Christelle Martin also holds an International Executive MBA (TRIUM 2009) from the joint program of the HEC School of Management Paris, the London School of Economics and the New York Stern School of Business.
Since 2008, Muriel Morin has been Senior Vice President of GDF SUEZ Human Resources. Holder of a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Business Law, Muriel Morin joined the Chargeurs Group in 1983 as Deputy to the Human Resources Manager. Within the SUEZ Group, she has been in charge of Labor Relations for Lyonnaise des Eaux and Water subsidiaries then for SUEZ from 1990 to 2008. Muriel Morin is also President of the International Social Observatory.
Since 2008, Michel Le Boedec has been Senior Vice President of the Executive Management Department of the GDF SUEZ Group. he holds an engineering degree from the Ecole sup?rieure d?Electricit? and has spent his entire career in the energy industry. In 1988, he joined EDF GDF SERVICES and held various operational functions at distribution centers. from 1999 to 2002, he joined EDF in an engineering unit for maintenance of electrical networks, health and safety. In 2003, he joined the private staff of the Chairman and CEO of Gaz de France.
