In this brief video, you will hear Jack Ruby tell a reporter that if somebody else, like Adlai Stevenson, was Vice President there would "never been no assassination of our beloved President Kennedy."
When the reporter asks Ruby to explain, he says, "The answer is the man in office now."
The man in office was Lyndon Johnson.
As I previously reported, Kennedy's widow also thought Johnson was behind the killing of her husband.
